Ron Cadieux Principal
Ron grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia. He earned a Bachelor’s of Arts in History from Loyola College, a Master’s Degree in Psychology from McGill University and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Michigan State University. Ron’s diverse career background includes working as an organizational psychologist and brand strategist for large companies including Coca-Cola, Victoria’s Secret and The Limited Brand as well as The Ohio State University and Michigan State University. He moved to Central Ohio in 1983 and obtained his Ohio real estate license in 2001, joining The Raines Group shortly thereafter as a licensed sales agent and broker.
Ron is an expert at helping clients navigate the emotional aspects of buying and selling a home: leaving memories behind, packing and moving, negotiating the transaction, easing children’s anxieties and establishing relationships in a new location. In addition, as Managing Partner, his strategic planning skills have helped The Raines Group become the #1 Real Estate Team in Ohio. Ron and his wife, Sandy Raines, have a son, Nathan, attending The Ohio State University and a daughter, Laura, an Analyst at Rocket Fuel in Chicago, IL (University of Michigan alumna), setting the stage for a lot of friendly family rivalry. When not working with The Raines Group, Ron spends time playing with their dogs, Webster and Angel, reading, working out, skiing, traveling and playing tennis.
